Desktop Low Cost Hybrid Fiber Laser Marking System

The Jimani Low Cost Desktop Hybrid System includes the following laser components:

-Laser Source- JPT Variable Pulse Width MOPA type laser. The standard laser is a JPT Model YDFLP in either a 30, 60 or 100 watt configuration.

-Scanhead- Galvo Tech Scan Box 14 with standard XY2-100 interface

-Focusing Lens- Opex F-Theta lens. Marking Field Sizes from 4.7 to 12 inches square

-Software- Leopardmark Laser Marking Software. Prolase Laser Marking Software available for additional charge. Both software packages are American Made and Jimani provides unlimited, no charge operational support.

-Computer- Win 10 Pro 64 bit, 1 TB Solid State Drive, 4 GB ram installed

-Manual Z Axis Desktop Workstation with 19 inches of Z Axis travel. (Optional extended Z axis travel available)

Fume Extractor- If marked material create excessive smoke or fumes, it is recommended to install some type of fume extraction to provide safety and comfort for the system operator and to protect the focusing lens from contamination (need read more link to fume extraction page)

The Desktop version is an open frame system. It is a completely tested, calibrated and configured system and is ready for use as soon as it is removed from the shipping container and connected to a 115 VAC 15 amp power source. It is highly recommended that the operator wear appropriate laser safety glasses when marking or engraving. One set of OD 6+ @ 1064nm laser safety glasses is included with each system.

Enclosed Low Cost Hybrid Fiber Laser Marking System

The Jimani Low Cost Enclosed Hybrid Fiber Laser Marking System is fully enclosed. The Enclosure includes a safety interlocked, up-down sliding door with a large laser safe viewport and hinged, swing out doors on both sides for easy access to the spacious interior. The system includes the following components:

The OEM configuration of the Low Cost Hybrid Fiber Laser Marking Systems is a complete fiber laser marking system but the components are not mounted in or attached to any type of workstation. The laser module power supply and associated wiring are contained in a standard 3U high, 19 inch rack mountable chassis. The optical unit contains the fiber laser Isolator/collimator (the laser beam output device), a reversable beam expander, the scanhead (contains X and Y galvos) and the focusing lens.  The optical unit baseplate can be mounted to any flat surface. The computer with the marking software and RTC control board are mounted in a standard 3U high, 19 inch rack mountable chassis. When connected together and mounted into some type of frame or workstation, these components make up a fully functional fiber laser marking system. This system uses a US made Synrad CO2 laser and is also available with laser power ranges from 30 to 100 watts. Marking field sizes from 4 to 12 inches are available.
